In 2009, 29th Street Capital began investing in single-family residential units which quickly developed into a portfolio of over 2,000 homes by 2011. The growth and excitement continued as we expanded into multi-family units and now have a portfolio comprised of 8,000 units centered around value add and repositioning of multi-family opportunities. We have 14 offices in the U.S. and pride ourselves on meeting the housing needs of a variety of residents.
By 2018, the family of companies was proud of the success that was derived from quality homes and communities, and we determined to continue that growth and diversify into senior living. We partnered with Solinity, a well-known, well-respected owner/operator in senior living industry who had a shared vision for developing and managing affordable, high quality senior housing options.
Upon partnering with Solinity, the two companies combined, and Solinity and 29th Street Capital formed Enrich Senior Living.
